Core Principles

All things we believe to be important and worthy of our time, energy, commitment, and resources.

PERCEIVE IT

People - We will keep the well-being of our players, coaches, and staff at the core of every decision.

Education - We will teach our players how to play the game of hockey and provide the skill development necessary to meet the demands of the sport.

Respect - We will celebrate a climate of mutual respect and diversity by recognizing each individual’s contribution to the club.

Community - We will seek to positively enhance the lives of those in our club, and communities by helping and paying forward to others.

Excellence - We will excel in performance, achievement, and service.

Innovation - The prerequisite for development is innovation, and our prime mover for innovation is to always question the way we do things. We will encourage innovation, develop a curious mindset, and embrace change.

Values - These are what we use to define the culture and expectations for this hockey team.

Ethics - Doing what is right — on and off the ice. It’s about making fair choices, respecting the rules, and showing honesty in every situation. Ethical players play clean, treat others with respect, and take responsibility for their actions, even when no one is watching.

Integrity - We will act with integrity and personal accountability.

Traditions - We will build upon our traditions which have been developed throughout our amalgamation and proud history.
