Awards (New Tecumseth IceCats)

We are proud to introduce a new program for recognizing Honour and Excellence within the organization. We will recognize past and current players and staff for such things as: Sportsmanship, Scholastic Excellence, Commitment to development of individual. We strive to develop hockey players and great people as well. We want to build an organization where people want to come and stay. We believe it is important to acknowledge those people in the organization that best represent our core values.

As part our our Honour and Excellence, we will also recognize those that have 4 years of dedication and support to the Royals Organization.

As part our our Honour and Excellence, we will also recognize those that have 3 years of dedication and support to the Royals Organization.

This is presented to the player that wins the point race for that year!

This is presented to the player that demonstrates the best Sportsmanship of the King Royals/ New Tecumseth Icecats.

This player is a needed player to the success of the King Royals/ New Tecumseth Icecats.

This is presented to the player that demonstrates the defensive mindset.

This award is presented to the player that represents the King Royals/ New Tecumseth Icecats values. Prior to 2024, this award was known as the Coach's Award.

This is the door curtain that is used throughout the year. It is presented to a graduating Captain or a graduating player that demonstrates leadership.
